Published on 8 July 2026 at 09:41

Some days you don’t need a full recipe — just something quick, protein-packed, and satisfying enough to feel like a real snack. This dip is exactly that.

Why It Works

Powdered peanut butter keeps this dip light while still tasting rich, and combining it with Greek yogurt and protein powder pushes this simple snack to 25g+ protein — with zero cooking required.

Ingredients (serves 1)

150g plain Greek yogurt

20g protein powder (vanilla)

2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

1 tbsp water

1 tsp honey, or any other sweetener of choice

1 apple, sliced, for dipping

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk the powdered peanut butter with the water until smooth.

2. Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey, and stir until fully combined and smooth.

3. Serve immediately with apple slices or your favorite dippers.
